Paris Fashion Week-Alexander McQueen

I love Alexander McQueen. I really do but all I saw in this collection were the SHOES! It was like out of a movie... well the movie Alien to be exact. Not just the shoes, the entire collection. I am puzzled...how do they walk in those shoes?!?!
